One platform for sales and logistics operations
Anchanto's Operations Experience (OXM) platform will let JINGDONG Logistics onboard multiple sellers and manage their activity across marketplaces. Customers will be able to handle product information, inventory, orders and marketplace operations through a single system rather than manage each channel separately.
The companies say OXM's more than 200 built-in integrations with marketplaces, webstores, logistics services and enterprise systems will simplify customer onboarding as JINGDONG Logistics expands its third-party logistics business. The intended reach includes Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America.
Zuo Da, country manager for JINGDONG Logistics South Korea, said customers' growing international ambitions have increased the need to support marketplaces in several countries. He said the partnership would speed access to those marketplaces and centralize their management.
Anchanto, based in Singapore, supplies business-to-business software for order management, warehouse management and parcel tracking to logistics providers, brands and retailers in 12 countries. Its South Korean team supports local and regional businesses with ISO 27001-certified software and direct connections to services including Naver Shopping, Amazon, Shopee and Lazada.
Seonwook Ko, Anchanto's South Korea country head, said Korean brands need partners that can help them enter global marketplaces quickly and securely. He described the agreement as the start of a broader collaboration between Anchanto and JINGDONG Logistics.
An existing base in South Korea
The partnership adds marketplace-management capabilities to an established local logistics operation. JD.com's corporate blog reported in August 2026 that JINGDONG Logistics already had a specialized South Korean entity offering import and export services, bonded warehousing and other shipping services.
Parent company JD.com has also expanded its Korean sourcing operations. On Aug. 12, 2026, it announced that it had established a local sourcing subsidiary and opened a direct sourcing office in Seoul in collaboration with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and Korea's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources.
More than 200 Korean consumer goods companies attended the sourcing launch. At the event, JINGDONG Cross-Border signed strategic cooperation agreements with nine Korean brands, among them E-Land Group's LLOYD and RECLOW, according to JD.com's corporate blog.
The activity comes amid a recovery in Korean consumer goods exports. Korea Customs Service figures cited by The Korea Times put first-half 2026 exports across five primary categories at $3.44 billion, an 8.7% increase from $3.16 billion a year earlier. Those categories were cosmetics, food, fashion, household items and pharmaceuticals; the increase followed a sustained post-pandemic decline.
Warehouse network and financial scale
JINGDONG Logistics, listed in Hong Kong under stock code 2618, provides technology-driven supply chain and logistics services. The partnership announcement puts its warehouse footprint at more than 1,600 self-operated facilities and 2,000 cloud warehouses run by third-party owners as of Dec. 31, 2025. Together, those facilities covered more than 34 million square meters across 25 markets.
A subsequent operational overview, released by the company on Sept. 23, 2026, reported that its international network covered 26 countries and regions as of June 30. That network used more than 200 bonded, direct-mail and overseas warehouses, with overseas floor space exceeding 2 million square meters. The company said it had doubled that floor space through 2025 under its global network plan.
The same September announcement cited interim results showing revenue of RMB 124.7 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, up 26.5% from a year earlier. External customers accounted for RMB 85.4 billion in revenue, a year-over-year increase of 29.3%.
